History
Since 1963 the winery has been under the direction of Jean-Claude Chaigne, with the assistance of his son, Régis Chaigne, since 1992.

Terroir
In the commune of St Laurent du Bois, in Entre-Deux-Mers, 30 km south of St. Emilion, 20 km north of Sauternes, and 45 km southwest of Bordeaux.

Vineyards
14 hectares planted in red Bordeaux varieties. The hilly soil is clay and calcium, with full southern exposure favoring good development of the grapes.

Winemaking
Long fermentations (about 3 weeks) in stainless steel vats. Aged in stainless steel for 12-18 months, with racking every 3 months. Bottled at the château. Winemaker is Régis Chaigne; Oenologist is Jean-Louis Vinolo.
